ALAva LindqvistFounder · why we built it

I ran a 12-person team and spent every Friday chasing who had promised what. Loomly started as a script that read our meeting doc and posted the action items to Slack. Six months later it's the thing we open first on Monday. This week is the first time anyone outside our team gets to try it.

About

Loomly reads the notes you already write, or listens in, and pulls every decision, owner and deadline into a checklist that syncs with Linear, Notion and Slack.

  • Reads what you already writePaste notes or connect Google Docs. No new note app to adopt.
  • Owners and deadlines, foundNames, dates and 'I'll do it' phrases become assigned tasks.
  • Syncs both waysClose a task in Linear and it's ticked off in the meeting note.
  • Listens in, optionallyJoin a call and get the same checklist without typing a word.

Who it's for

  • Agencies juggling client calls
  • Founders who forget what they promised

The two-way Linear sync is the bit nobody else does. Instant upvote.

Tried it on our Monday standup notes and it found 9 tasks, 8 correctly. Does it handle notes in Swedish?

    AL

Swedish, Norwegian and Danish shipped last week. Turn it on under Workspace → Language.
