Privacy

Ketryon AB (org. no. 559551-1030, Solbackavägen 13D, 632 22 Eskilstuna, Sweden) runs launches.app and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@ketryon.com.

• Account: your email address, and the name, handle and profile details you add.
• Launches and comments: what you submit and post. These are public.
• Votes: which launches you voted for. Votes are private; your profile shows only how many you've cast.
• Newsletter: your email address and when you agreed to receive it.
• Ad bookings and payments: your email, product URL and booking details. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

We count visits and a few actions (like votes and sign-ups, never who made them) with Vercel Web Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Neither uses cookies or tracks you across sites.

We set one cookie, to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

• To run your account, launches and votes (our agreement with you).
• To send the weekly newsletter (your consent, which you can withdraw in one click).
• To stop spam and vote manipulation (our legitimate interest in a fair board).
• To keep payment records (a legal obligation).

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the services that run launches for us, each processing it on our instructions:

• Vercel, for hosting and visitor analytics.
• Resend, for sign-in links and the weekly newsletter.
• Stripe, for payments.
• Cloudflare, for visitor counts.

Some of them are based in the US. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses.

Account data stays while your account exists; delete the account and we remove it, apart from payment records, which Swedish accounting law requires us to keep for seven years. Newsletter addresses are removed when you unsubscribe.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@ketryon.com and we'll reply within a month.

If you think we've got it wrong, you can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) or the data protection authority where you live.

If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and tell you by email when it matters. The date at the top shows the latest version.
